MMOD provided me with an outstanding conveyancing service as we waded through a long-winded probate sale.  As my day to day contact I could not recommend Frances Burke's professionalism, speed of response and default helpful  approach more.  Solicitor Isobel O'Dea was also superb, offering solid advice when I needed it. A very reasonable fee too - pretty much half what we were quoted by a Dublin solicitors firm! I was looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to buy a house. I found MMOD Isobel and Frances are the best in comparison to what my friends went through during same process. Frances was amazing, understanding and nice person. She took it very personally and closed my deal a week before which was amazing Quick response times and easily reachable Clear in communication - vital for a non local home buyer Timely updates even minor ones so that I can take appropriate action with builder & bank Pursued builders solicitors and Bank authorities constantly to get the deal closed. Fee is reasonable and inline with others, but service is exceptional and beyond. I would highly recommend Frances & MMOD team.
